Tesco Home Insurance: what do you think?

Good morning. I'm looking for a good home insurance for my mum since she lives in an area of Wales which has been often hit by floods in the last years. In those periods, when the whether forecast are bad, she comes to our home, and when she comes back she often finds damages at the walls, at the doors and once her house was completely flooded. I was thinking of Tesco Insurance because it's quite convenient but my friends absolutely advised me against. What do you think about it?

I don't know much about Tesco Insurance, but I had a positive experience with Aviva. They provided me all the necessary assistance when I needed their support  and I also have to admit that the price I paid for my Home and Content Insurance was quite convenient. I also think that experiences vary from person to person. I also red many negative reviews about Aviva, but I was never disappointed.

I have a Tesco Bank Home Insurance and I'm very satisfied. As Zoe said, there is not a general rule. Sometimes, it is just a question of luck and the quality of the service you receive depends on the operator you find when you call them. Moreover, with Tesco. If your home is absolutely inhabitable, they give you accommodation for the necessary period. I think that in the event of a flood that could be very helpful!

I think that Tesco Insurance policies are good products. I find the company has a very kind and honest staff. I bought a Tesco Travel Insurance two years ago and I had a positive experience. Furthermore, my sister has a Tesco home insurance and she says she 's satisfied with it. She also got a discount thanks to the Tesco Clubcard and finally  she bought the full optional package at an affordable price.
